How to Log In

You may log in at any time to explore the environment, but support staff will only be available to assist you from 9 a.m.- 6 p.m. on Live Day. Points are also only able to be earned on Live Day.

Log in using the email you used to register.

In the Lobby, you’ll be greeted by an tutorial video to help you navigate the virtual environment.

What to Do Once You’re Logged In

1. Watch the Tutorial Video. This video will help you get oriented with using and navigating the virtual conference environment. The video starts playing automatically the first time you log in, but you can rewatch it at any time by clicking on the Tutorial Video button in the upper right of the environment.

2. Get Your Materials, Handouts and Post-test Questions.

The first session begins at 9 a.m. BLI Head to the Resource Center ahead of time to download all your handouts and the post-test questions before the session begins.

3. Participate in the BLI Sessions. Sessions are presented in the Auditorium. Do you have a question or would you like to know more about a specific topic? Stay tuned after the session for a live Q&A with the speakers.

Support the Exhibitors. Visit the Exhibit Hall to chat with representatives, discover the latest products or learn more about services for your patients with diabetes.

5. Ask For Help if You Need It! If you need technical support or have a question for AANP, visit the Help Desk to contact a representative. What if You Can’t Attend on Live Day?

Rest assured, you’ll have 15 days to return to the virtual environment, view all the recorded sessions and download handouts.

However, you will only be able to earn points on Live Day. See the full list of activities at the Achievements tab, and earn the most points for the chance to win exclusive prizes, such as a full year of BLI membership!
