AZITHROMYCIN

Antibacterial

Formulation:

Each film-coated tablet contains: Azithromycin dihydrate USP eq. to Azithromycin – 500 mg

Indication:

For the treatment of following infections, when caused by micro organisms sensitive to

• Acute bacterial sinusitis (adequately diagnosed)
• Acute bacterial otitis media ( adequately diagnosed)
• Pharyngitis, tonsilitis
• Acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis (adequate diagnosed)
• Mild to moderately severe community aquired pneumonia
• Skin and soft tissue infections
• Uncomplicated chlamydia trachomatis, urethritis and cervicitis

Storage Condition:

Store at temperatures not exceeding 30 degress C. Protect from light and moisture, Keep out of each of children.
